Pretendattract Windows & Siding is a referral service. We help homeowners in Agawam Town and the Agawam Town area reach independent local providers for window replacement and siding installation. That is all we do. We make the introduction, and we keep it simple.

What to Have Ready

A few details help the provider give you a useful quote. You do not need all of them, but they save time:

What We Ask of Providers

Every provider in our network is an independent, local business. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Give you a written quote
• Explain the work in plain words
• Treat your home with care

Still, ask each provider to show proof of license and insurance. Check it yourself. It takes a minute.

What We Do Not Do

We do not install windows. We do not install siding. We do not set prices, and we do not send workers to your home.

The requests we pass along are for window replacement, usually two or more windows, and for siding installation. We do not pass along repair-only jobs.

The provider handles the work, the contract, and any warranty they offer.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work. Your price comes from the provider, so ask them to explain each line of the quote.

Costs vary a lot. In the U.S., window replacement often runs from a few hundred dollars to over a thousand dollars per window, installed. Vinyl siding for a whole house often runs from several thousand dollars to well over ten thousand. Size, materials, and the age of your home all change the price. Always get a written quote.
