We want every homeowner who reaches Pretendattract Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers that often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Pretendattract Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@pretendattract.world and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Not Happy With Our Reply?

You can answer our email and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
